I recently had a conversation with someone who thought that people who leave there jobs frequently show that they are not committed to personal relationships?
Do you think that is true?
I personally don’t think so. There are several reasons why people leave jobs and I am sure in their mind those are good reasons. However, I don’t think that reflects anything on a person’s commitment to other things in life.
I know people who have held the same job but can’t hold on to their personal relationships. And I know people who change jobs frequently but have the same relationship for years.
In this day and age, employers are not committed to employees. So why should employees be committed to them. Employers look for their best interest so shouldn’t the employees too?
What do you think?
